These Nitrous Oxide Tanks must always be kept upright during transport and use. Avoid placing any canister on its side or upside-down.
NEVER drag these N2O cylinders across the ground; instead, ensure it is carried or towed upright for safe handling.
During transport, always comply with local rules and regulations for hazardous goods, including those that apply to nitrous oxide (N2O)
Precautions for Use:
Fire Hazard: May start or intensify fires.
Pressurized Gas: Contains gas under pressure, which may explode when exposed to heat.
Health Risks: Can cause drowsiness or dizziness; may displace oxygen and lead to suffocation.
Flammable Materials: Keep away from clothing and other flammable items.
Cleanliness: Ensure valves and fittings are free from oil and grease.
Fire Response: In case of fire, stop the leak if it is safe to do so.
Storage: Store in a well-ventilated space and protect from direct sunlight.
If Inhaled: Move the person to an open area for fresh air and seek medical help immediately.
If in Contact with Skin: Gently warm frosted skin with lukewarm water; avoid rubbing. Seek immediate medical assistance.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
Our N20 cylinders are engineered to meet DOT-39/EN and ISO standards. Since these canisters contain high-pressure gas, they require careful handling. Please read this Help & Safety Information page thoroughly before using any of our Nitrous Oxide Cream Charger products to understand all product features, operating instructions, and usage guidelines.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
These Nitrous Oxide Tanks are pressurized containers. Store away from direct sunlight and temperatures over 120°F. Separate it from flammable gases and materials. Do not puncture or burn, even when empty. Avoid inhalation as it may lead to oxygen displacement and rapid suffocation in high concentrations. Liquid exposure can cause frostbite or cold burns. Keep out of children’s reach.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Position the cylinder upright on a stable, flat surface.
Remove the valve protection cap.
Attach the regulator to the discharge valve (do not turn the regulator knob at this stage).
Securely connect the accompanying connection hose to the regulator’s screw mechanism.
Attach the provided adapter to the siren.
Secure the connection hose to the adapter using the click-on system, ensuring a tight fit.
Turn the regulator knob clockwise to set the desired pressure or flow rate.
Once the desired filling capacity is reached, turn the regulator knob counterclockwise before disconnecting the siphon from the hose.
When the cylinder is empty, release any remaining gas by screwing on the nozzle until gas begins to flow; wait until no more gas escapes before unscrewing.
Always dispose of the cylinder according to local disposal guidelines and regulations.
PRESSURE REGULATORS
To ensure optimal performance, only use regulators designed specifically for our Quality Gas products and pressure requirements.
Attaching the Pressure Regulator
Pressure regulators are tailored for use with particular gases or gas groups and should only be connected to the corresponding Noz cylinders. Always…
Check that the regulator is in good working condition before attachment. Ensure gauges are intact and threads and seats are undamaged.
Clean the cylinder valve and regulator threads with a dry, clean cloth to remove any dirt, moisture, oil, or grease.
Turn the regulator knob counterclockwise until it stops.
Carefully position the nut over the threads, ensuring no cross-threading occurs, then tighten using the correct spanner.
DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN, as this may damage the regulator.
Turn the regulator knob clockwise to set the desired delivery pressure.
NEVER leave the regulator attached to the N2O Canisters when not in use. Always remove it promptly after use for safety and proper handling.
Important Safety Notes:
Never attempt to dismantle or modify the regulator to make it fit.
Never use adaptors between the cylinder valve and regulator.
Do not use oil or lubricants on the cream chargers valve or regulator threads, as they can trap dirt and cause leaks or difficulty in fitting.
Avoid excessive force when sealing the cylinder valve and regulator. If the cylinder moves within its outer jacket, it may indicate too much force was applied.
DAILY USE
Quality Gas Nitrous Oxide cream chargers are built for both continuous and intermittent use. After each usage period or when leaving the cylinder unattended, always turn the pressure regulator valve clockwise to close it, and ensure the regulator is promptly removed.
FAQ
CAN I USE OTHER TYPE/BRAND REGULATORS ON THE CANISTERS FROM QUALITY GAS?
We advise you to only use the pressure regulator provided that is sold on our website as these have been tested to work safely and seamlessly with our other N2O cream chargers. Other types of pressure regulators may cause damage to the cylinder or the person operating the cylinder since their compatibility was not tested with the other brands.
