For Non-HazMat goods, please plan to return your package in a timely manner, we accept returns up to 3 days after delivery of your package. To initiate a return request, please reply to your order confirmation email or send a message to: info@qualitygas.com
For HazMat goods such as products with N2O, it is not returnable.
For Non-HazMat goods, As soon as your returned package arrives at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to show up on your account statement.

There are no cancellation fees. However, if your order has already been shipped and you choose to refuse the delivery or if the order is returned to our warehouse, please note that the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
