Returns and Refund FAQ
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY ORDER?
For Non-HazMat goods, please plan to return your package in a timely manner, we accept returns up to 3 days after delivery of your package. To initiate a return request, please reply to your order confirmation email or send a message to: info@qualitygas.com
For HazMat goods such as products with N2O, it is not returnable.
HOW CAN I REQUEST A REFUND?
For Non-HazMat goods, as soon as your returned package arrives at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to show up on your account statement.
For HazMat goods such as products with N2O, returns are not accepted.
RETURNS PACKAGING
For Non-HazMat goods, please note that due to the nature of our goods, we can only accept returns in the original packaging. Any returns in custom packaging will not be accepted due to specific dangerous goods restrictions.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?
Kindly take a picture of the item that you have received and send an email to info@qualitygas.com to reach out to our Customer Service Team so we can further investigate what happened.
ARE THERE ANY CANCELLATION FEES?
There are no cancellation fees. However, if your order has already been shipped and you choose to refuse the delivery or if the order is returned to our warehouse, please note that the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
